April 8th 2022 came and went like any other Friday, but there was a quiet celebration in the Blaulain offices with a promise to party later in the year. Whichever, there is an increasing appetite for private pools in Denmark and that thirst is being quenched by iPool, one of the country’s leading pool specialists.
It wasn’t love at first sight, but Niels has learned to love his pool. Every morning, Niels pulls back the covers, jumps out of bed and dives in his pool. It used to be a summer-only routine but now his season runs from March to October, thanks to some wise investments he made last year.
“The water hits me like a wave. It’s feels like 0 to 100 kph in about 3 seconds. Lather, rinse and I’m starting to feel human again. Then my brain is alive – I always have my best ideas in the shower. Home or away, I need this blast. I travel a lot with work and always stay in this hotel chain. I check the shower quality before anything else in the room.”
